1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Santa Hotline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. We may update the Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Parental Guidance
Santa Hotline is designed for families and children. Use by young children should be supervised by a parent or guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or have appropriate permission.
3. Nature of the Experience
The app provides short, pre‑recorded, festive video call experiences for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide live communications with real people and is not a telecommunications service. See Disclaimers for more information.
4. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to install and use the app on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non‑commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except to the extent permitted by law), distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the app or its content, except as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Any use that violates applicable law or rights of others.
- Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt app integrity or security.
- Commercial exploitation of the app or its content without permission.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code or harmful content.
6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
All app content (including artwork, audio, video, and text) is owned by the developer or used under license. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The app and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimers page for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimers to improve clarity or functionality. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date above.
